Aperture Center is a 78,027-square-foot mixed-use building designed by world-renowned architect Antoine Predock. As the initial centerpiece of the Mesa del Sol Town Center, the arcing, fritted glass wall that faces Aperture Park is the most striking feature of the contemporary southwestern structure. But on all sides, the Aperture Center maintains a dynamic relationship between indoor and outdoor spaces.
The three-story building contains 53,210 rentable square feet of Class A office space on two floors and more than 20,837 rentable square feet of Class A retail space on the ground level. The office space features functional and flexible floor plates, ample power and data infrastructure and 9’6” finished ceiling heights. The retail spaces designed with 18’0” clear ceiling heights and 60’ bay depths.
